1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Rora Sign, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Rora Sign provides an electronic signature platform that enables users to send, sign, and track documents for signature. Our services include envelope sending, reusable templates, form fields, reminders, tamper-evident sealing, audit trails, and public signing links as described on our website.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Electronic Signatures

By using Rora Sign to sign a document, you consent to conduct business electronically and agree that your electronic signature is the legal equivalent of your manual signature. Signatures collected through Rora Sign are intended to be legally binding to the extent permitted by applicable law, including the U.S. ESIGN Act and UETA.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to: violate any laws; infringe on intellectual property rights; transmit harmful, threatening, or abusive content; attempt to gain unauthorized access to other systems; or interfere with the proper functioning of the service.

6. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all documents and content you upload to the platform. By uploading content, you grant Rora Sign a non-exclusive license to process, store, and transmit that content as necessary to provide the service.

7. Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly basis. A valid payment method is required to start your free trial, and your first charge will occur when the trial ends unless you cancel. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon cancellation, your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion.

9. Limitation of Liability

Rora Sign shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or through the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
